Space connection
Earth Observation (EO) technologies for geospatial risk analysis marks a shift from relying solely on aggregated socio-political and economic data to gaining detailed insights through remote sensing.
By integrating satellite imagery with ground-level intelligence, PeaceEye provides a comprehensive spatial understanding of volatile zones, enabling real-time monitoring and assessment. This combined bottom-up and top-down approach enhances the precision of geospatial risk analysis and facilitates secure transmission of field intelligence using advanced telecommunications and navigation technologies, which is crucial in compromised areas.
To support these capabilities, PeaceEye will utilize diverse products from the EO data spectrum, including extensive Copernicus products and third-party data provided by Copernicus/ESA, as well as high-resolution imagery when required. Contracts with major providers such as Planet, Maxar, IceEye, and Airbus are already in place through the parent company, ensuring access to high-quality data.
