Why Kraken Innovations?

With our patented gearbox solution, we want to enable more precise, more powerful and

more compact drive systems. The novel technology combines unconventional kinematics

with sensor integration and learning software, resulting in an intelligent, holistic gearbox -

geared towards an Industry 4.0.

For the further technical development, implementation, and integration of our sensor

technology, we are looking for an Assistant Electrical/Automation Engineer (f/m/d) on a

full-time basis with knowledge in sensor and PCB design as well as PLC programming

from September 2022.

As part of the ambitious engineering team, you will drive the market entry of our deeptech

product. In joint projects with customers and in research projects in cooperation with

TU-Graz, specific requirements will be analysed, and relevant features of our gearbox will

be tested. Through the close cooperation and mentoring of the founders, you will not only

develop a smart technology, but also your personal skills.

What characterises YOU

  • Technical education (HTL/FH/UNI) as electronics technician / automation technician /

telematics technician

  • Basic knowledge in TwinCAT 3 and KiCad, LTSpice (or similar)
  • Knowledge of microcontroller programming (firmware) and circuit design
  • Courage to bring in your own ideas and try out new things
  • A solution-oriented, structured and cooperative way of working

For this position we offer a minimum monthly salary of € 2,212.44 gross on a full-time basis

(38.5 hours per week). We will gladly consider relevant work experience and qualifications

in addition.
