We are building the world’s first fully customized, algorithmically-designed snowboard platform for the everyday rider. Unlike mass-produced gear with generic specs, our boards are shaped for the individual: their body, riding style, and terrain preferences.
How it works:
Our proprietary online configurator lets riders input key parameters — height, weight, shoe size, stance, riding goals, and more. In real time, the system designs a unique snowboard tailored to the rider’s biomechanical needs. Variables like edge radius, effective edge, waist width, and flex profile are algorithmically adjusted to fit. The user sees their custom board evolve in an interactive 3D model, removing the guesswork from choosing the “right” shape.
We then handcraft each board in-house using a hybrid of high-performance materials and precision methods adapted for speed and scalability. This enables us to deliver a true one-of-one product in a time frame comparable to high-end off-the-shelf gear — without the carbon footprint of global logistics.
