AAA Agents was founded in 2024 by Benjamin Gigerl, a former Data Scientist at Siemens Energy who grew up in Austria. His inspiration for developing xAgent came from a simple problem: salespeople spend many hours in their cars travelling to customers and are unable to prepare offers or manage follow-ups while driving. At Science Park Graz, he turned this challenge into a scalable startup solution.

xAgent is a fully integrated in-car AI voice solution for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto that connects sales teams to their CRM while they are on the road. The agent proactively accesses sales data, triggers actions based on GPS and calendar context, and enables safe, hands-free work while driving. The result is more closed deals, less administrative effort, and improved road safety.
