Your Role:

As a Marketing and Sales Assistant (m/f/d) you will be at the heart of our efforts to establish the Lanbiotics® brand internationally. You will work closely with our managing team to develop and implement creative and effective marketing and sales strategies. Your task will be to strengthen our presence both online and offline and to build and maintain relationships with our B2B partners, especially pharmacies.

Your tasks:

• Social Media Management: Create captivating content (videos, images, texts) that inspires and engages our target group on our platforms.
• Content-Creation: Develop creative and target group-oriented information and marketing material that communicates our core messages online and offline.
• Marketing Materials: Coordinate the production and distribution of materials that best represent our brand.
• Event Management: Prepare and organize specialist events and represent Lanbiotic at industry events.
• B2B-Partnerbetreuung: Build and maintain sustainable relationships with our business partners, such as pharmacies, to promote long-term cooperation.

Your Profile:

• Creativity and Inventiveness: You love to stand out on social media and know how to create content that sticks.
• Education: You have a degree or are currently studying marketing, communications, business administration or a related field. However, more important to us than your degree programme is your ability to set and achieve goals.
• Communication Skills: You are communicative, open-minded and confident. You enjoy contact with different customer groups, whether directly at trade fairs or in dialogue with specialist staff.
• Organizational talent: You are reliable, work in a structured manner and complete tasks efficiently.

The minimum gross salary for this position is 2,392.00 Euro on a full-time basis. With appropriate qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
