Your role 😍

As an insurance advisor at Sophia, you are more than a traditional broker . You digitally guide people from all over Austria, from the initial consultation to the right contract.

Our customers come to us via our app and digital channels. This means you can fully concentrate on advising and supporting customers instead of on acquisition or sales pressure.

With modern tools, empathy and expertise, you create inspiring consulting experiences and shape the future of insurance consulting together with us.

Your tasks:

• Advise instead of sell : You analyze the needs of our customers, find the best solutions and accompany the contract conclusion without sales pressure.
• No cold calling: Our clients find Sophia through digital channels. You work with existing inquiries and don't have to do any self-promotion or cold calling.
• Customer support with heart : You answer questions via chat or telephone and help customers on an equal footing.
• Digital consulting : You use our innovative, self-developed consulting tools, supported by artificial intelligence, to provide fully digital support to customers from all over Austria.
• Interface between humans and technology : Where our automated processes reach their limits, you seamlessly continue the consultation.
• Rethinking consulting : Together with our team, you will further develop the digital consulting process, eliminate monotonous tasks and provide valuable input for our developers.

What you bring 💪

• At least 3 years of experience in insurance consulting
• Knowledge of insurance tariffs on the market and an understanding of customer needs.
• Enjoyment of advising private clients and a passion for suitable insurance solutions
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor, both written and oral.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
• Affinity for digital tools and a desire to work with modern technologies
• Motivation to work in a small, agile team
• Structured, independent work style
• A sense of responsibility and a willingness to continuously develop yourself.

• Attractive remuneration starting at €60,000 gross per year (from €4,285 gross per month) with a clear willingness to pay above this amount (full-time basis, collective agreement for “employees in retail companies” group F, from level 2)
