We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company operating in the chemical sector. Committed to excellence and innovation, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Redeem success by providing comprehensive administrative support and managing essential tasks such as bookkeeping, order management, procurement, funding management, and general office duties.

As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our management team with various administrative tasks. This multifaceted role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities efficiently.

Hours: 10 – 12 h/week

Salary: 35€/h

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial record-keeping.
  • Coordinate order management processes, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
  • Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Assist in funding management tasks, such as preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and coordinating funding applications.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and information.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in German, familiar with Austrian bureaucracy and taxation procedures
