We are looking for ambitious students, early-career talents or experienced professionals who want to actively shape the market entry of a deep-tech health product.

Salary:

Compensation initially aligns with the Austrian marginal employment threshold (€518.44/month). With strong performance and strategic alignment, the role is designed to evolve quickly into a long-term key position – including expanded responsibility, performance-based compensation, and potential equity participation up to co-founder level.

Vergütung:

Die Vergütung startet auf Basis der österreichischen Geringfügigkeitsgrenze (€518,44/Monat). Bei starker Performance und strategischem Fit ist eine rasche Weiterentwicklung in eine langfristige Schlüsselrolle vorgesehen – inklusive erweiterter Verantwortung, leistungsbasierter Vergütung und möglicher Beteiligung bis hin zur Co-Founder-Ebene.
