Position Overview
As the Startup Director or Senior Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the company. You will be responsible for scaling the business, managing operations, and driving revenue growth. This is a leadership role that requires hands-on involvement, strategic vision, and a passion for innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's long-term strategy in alignment with our vision and goals, focusing on scaling operations, entering new markets, and increasing profitability.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across departments including product development, marketing, and sales.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with company goals and enhance growth.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring the company remains on track to meet financial goals while maintaining cost-effective operations.
- Team Building & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow the team, ensuring the right talent is in place to support business objectives. Foster a positive, innovative, and performance-driven company culture.
- Investor Relations: Engage with current and potential investors, providing regular updates on company performance, and helping secure additional funding when necessary.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with R&D and product teams to ensure continuous innovation and the development of high-quality, market-leading products.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the company adheres to regulatory requirements and manages business risks effectively.
Preferred Experience
- 7+ years of experience in senior leadership roles.
- Experience in scaling startups or managing early-stage companies.

- MBA or equivalent experience in business management or a related field is preferred but not required.
