Sales & Team Assistance (f/m/d)  

Part time (10 hrs) or Freelancer; with later option of full-time employment 
Location: Leoben, optional co-working desk in Graz 

 We are searching for a person who is hands-on, happy to be in constant contact with the team and shares the start-up spirit with us: 

• Assist in strategy and execution of our sales and marketing process 
• Support us in strategically growing our social media marketing 
• Assistance in project management (grants and customer projects etc) 
• Office management and administrative tasks (e.g. travel organization, procurement etc.) 
• All-hands-on deck: Support us with our ongoing opportunities and challenges 

 Your Profile 

• Eloquent English and German skills 
• Experience in HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus 
• Accurate and reliable working style 
• First experience in Social Media and Sales 
• Background in Sales and/or marketing is a plus 
• Hands-on mentality

Disclaimer to Austrian Law: minimum gross salary is EUR 1740 per month for a full-time position (KV Allgemeiner Handel). Salary will be adjusted to experience and qualification.
