we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced product owner for our fast growing startup in the field of healthcare workforce management. we offer a part or full time position (>30h), based in vienna, where you can grow personally and professionally in an open-minded, forward-thinking and impact driven start-up environment.‍

your team role:

as a leading part of our team you will:

• take ownership and responsibility of our product-backlog
  - conceptualize features and write actionable user stories
  - coordinate and refine user stories with our team and stakeholders
  - prioritize user stories based on customer value, expected outcomes and in alignment with our product vision
• collaborate directly with our founders as well as customers and continuously work on the development of our product vision, objectives & roadmap

• collect, evaluate, prioritize user feedback and turn it into actionable user stories
• research and keep up-to-date with latest standards and new concepts/technologies
• gain further experience & first hand insights into building a sustainable software company

your experience:

• solid practical experience (>2 years) as a product owner (or in a similar role)
• profound experience in the application of agile methods & in the collaboration with cross-functional teams
• you love to learn new things and stay up to date on the latest best practices and technologies
• an open-minded & positive work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit & a proactive hands-on mentality
• strong analytical & problem solving skills
• strong communication skills

it is a big plus if you:

• have an education and/or practical experience in software development
• have a passion for UX/UI design and an eye for detail
• ‍speak German
