We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) with enthusiasm for new technologies, integrations and a 'best of breed' approach.

As a Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) you are responsible for the technical conception and implementation of (web) frontend and backend applications, their databases and APls. You take over the technical project management and make system architecture decisions for Everlistenin coordination with our product owners.

What we want from you:

• Relevant experience in frontend, backend and API design and implementation.
• You lead and make software architecture and system decisions together with the team 
• You actively participate in the entire development process
• Developing an IT architecture roadmap
• Specify and  realize digital transformations and ensure their  execution Alignment of the IT architecture roadmap with the IT and corporate strategy 
• Supporting the strategic conception and renewal of the application landscape 
• Ongoing monitoring, performance analysis and optimization of our projects

What you should bring with you:

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Serum Master
• You have good knowledge of agile approaches, methods and frameworks such as SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, Design Thinking or Devops
• Sound practical experience in using agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, VersionOne or Rally
• You enjoy being part of project teams and analyzing complex problems.
• Your creativity contributes to problem solving
• You are curious, communicative and a team player with a high degree of self-reflection. 
• Affinity for the field of hearing
• Strang communication skills (written & spoken) with excellent German and English skills
