Luminous Labs is a longevity and biohacking start-up based in Graz. We develop innovative light-centric products that make it possible to improve longevity and well-being through the use of bioactive wavelengths of light.

We are looking for a passionate, creative and responsible employee. If you like to think of shortcuts and sales hacks and would like to implement them with a real marketing budget, you've come to the right place. You help us to discover new target groups, to work out tangible figures, and to let our family grow. The first step is a two-month ad campaign on Google/Bing and our social media channels, where to goal is to create organic search traffic and retarget. After, we’d like to create a sustainable growth system for our start-up. This includes outreach (perfecting our social media channels, geeking out on what makes each one specifically unique and growing organically (use automatization tools like eg jarvee) and Group posting (this is a major theme in our niche of biohacking (join major groups, get intel and interact).

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU:

• Practical - learn how our customers tick in close cooperation with the start-up founders
• Collect data - systematically collect user data and discover user journeys & touchpoints
• Autonomous – put your acquired knowledge directly into practice by independently designing and testing marketing campaigns
• Implement – based on several tests, you realize your own campaign that is as successful as possible

This job is a remote-first position. It is important to us that you feel comfortable. Whether that's at home in your pajamas or in our centrally located shared office in the old town of Graz: You decide where and how you would like to work. The same applies to time management: we would like a weekly workload of 20 hours; whether you split this up daily or prefer a few strong days is up to you. We love goal-oriented work, not wasting hours unnecessarily.
